How long does it take for my coffee to get here?
- For any order with standard shipping within the United States, packages should arrive within 5-10 business days. (Unless expedited shipping is selected at checkout)
- For orders placed with USPS Priority shipping, packages should arrive within 3-5 business days.
- For any order that is shipping Internationally, it is expected to take between 2-4 weeks to be delivered. (Unless expedited shipping is selected at checkout)
Our fulfillment center operates Monday through Friday from 6 am to 12 pm ET, so if you choose expedited shipping after 12 pm ET on a Friday, your order may not be fulfilled until the following business day. This also applies to holidays and extended weekends.

We strive to ship out orders within 1 business day of being placed. This can change depending on operational needs and daily volume.
If the order is placed before 12 p.m. EST, the package will typically ship out the same day. This time frame is an estimate and is subject to change depending on operational needs and daily volume.
When will my order ship?
We have fun everyday roasting, sipping, and packing coffee. When it’s time to ship, our distribution center’s shipping hours are Monday through Friday, between the hours of 6 a.m. to 12 p.m. EST.
The Karoo Coffee team strives to ship out your order within 1 business day of being placed. This can change depending on operational needs and daily volume. Once your order is received, we typically start the fulfillment process immediately. Because of this, any changes must be received within an hour of receiving this order confirmation email.
As soon as your order is placed, we’ll send you an email letting you know we’ve received your information and will begin compiling your shipment. The first email you receive will have the order confirmation number and details.
The second email you receive will indicate that your order has been filled and is in transit. The order details will be like the first, but will include a tracking link to keep you in the loop all the way through.
Tracking – How do I track my package?
After your order is placed you will receive two emails. The first email will be the Order Confirmation with your order details and the second email will be the Order Tracking with a tracking link to keep you in the loop. The second email usually comes 1 to 2 business days after the first.

The fulfillment process usually starts immediately, so any order changes must be made within an hour of receiving the order confirmation email. This time is estimated and is subject to change during the holiday season (November-January).
