How quickly do you ship out orders?

The Karoo Coffee team typically, roast and ship orders within 24 to 48 hours Monday through Friday. Orders placed Friday through Sunday will be processed on Monday. If your order placed before 12pm EST, we usually ship it the same day. Any orders placed after 12pm EST, typically ships the next business day.

Where do you ship to?

We ship to the contiguous 48 US states, Hawaii, Alaska, US Territories. We also ship internationally to the designated countries.  Please see our shipping list of international countries. We do not ship internationally for subscribers with recurring orders. All international orders must be placed manually.

Where do you ship from?

We ship from our roasting facility in the beautiful state of Washington.

Do you have free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping to the 48 contiguous United States on all web orders with a minimum of two coffee items. All subscribers with recurring coffee orders also receive Free Shipping. Free shipping is not available for Hawaii, Alaska, US territories, APO/FPO/DOP, or international addresses.

How do I place orders?

Orders can be placed 24/7 via our website. You may also call toll-free at 888-777-5555 Monday-Thursday, 9:00 am – 4:30 pm ET, Friday, 9:00 am – 4:00 pm ET, and we will happily place an order for you.

What payment options are available?

Our website accepts all major credit cards, PayPal, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, Google Pay and Meta Pay. Our website is secure and encrypted. If you prefer to call in an order we will need a valid credit card.

What is your return policy?

Our goal is to provide you with delicious coffee and tea that is just right for you.  If you have any issues with your order, please email us at myproducts@karoocoffee.co or contact us at 888-777-5555 within 30 days of the date you received your order to initiate a return, refund or exchange.  Please have your original packaging available when you call. 

We’ll gladly help find and send you another coffee you’ll love (of the same value or less) or refund the cost of the coffee you received.  Refunds will be applied to the payment method used when you made your purchase.

Refunds are not available for gift cards or gift subscriptions.  Please read our entire Refund Policy.

Can you fulfill large scale commercial orders?

Yes, we ship large commercial orders. Please call us at 888-777-5555 to discuss how we can help you.

Do you sell full bags of unroasted coffee?

Yes, we sell full bags of unroasted coffee. Please call us at 888-777-5555 for pricing and shipping arrangements.
