Refund Policy

Our goal is to provide you with delicious coffee that is just right for you.  If you have any issues with your order, please use the following procedures or contact us at 888.777.6666 or myproduct@karoocoffee.com within 30 days of the date you received your order to initiate a return, refund or exchange.  Please have your original packaging available when you call.

We’ll gladly help find and send you another coffee you’ll love (of the same value or less) or refund the cost of the coffee you received.  Refunds will be applied to the payment method used when you made your purchase. Refunds are not available for gift cards or gift subscriptions.

How do I return an item and receive a refund?

We get it – things happen!

If you find that you’re not completely satisfied with your Karoo Coffee order, we will gladly issue you a fast refund as part of our *Full Satisfaction Guarantee. Just let us know within 30 days of purchase from our website (retail and Amazon excluded) for a full refund.

For any merchandise or apparel returns, simply send our team an email with your order details and a short description on why you’d like to return the item and we’ll have a paid shipping label created for you. (Type the word “Return” and your order number in the subject line)

Once the return has arrived to our fulfillment center, we’ll then submit your refund in full and send you a notification confirming your refund.

How do I exchange an item I ordered?

We want you to be caffeinated and look great doing it!

If the coffee item you ordered isn’t the correct choice or your item was damaged, email us with the details and we’ll work together to organize an exchange for the right product. Any exchanged item will be of equal or greater value.

For any merchandise or apparel exchanges, simply email our team with your order details and a short description on why you’d like to exchange the item and we’ll have a paid shipping label created for you. (Type the word “Exchange” and your order number in the subject line)

Once the item has arrived to our fulfillment center, we’ll then exchange your item and reship it to you according to our standard shipping policy, and send you a notification confirming your exchange.  

All returned/exchanged items must be in their original packaging.
